Kann ich auch große Dinge wie Möbel einlagern?

Sie können fast alle Möbelstücke lagern – von Sofas und Betten bis hin zu Schränken und Esstischen. Sie können ganze Haushalte in unseren Speicherboxxen lagern – vom Aktenordner bis zur Einbauküche.

When and how do I get my deposit back?

The deposit, together with any overpaid rent, will be transferred to your account immediately after final settlement.

What do I have to consider when moving out?

The box must be vacated, all objects removed and the box must be left swept clean. The lock and keys must be returned to the office.

What happens if my space requirements change?

They can move to a smaller or larger box at any time. The rent is charged on a daily basis.

Can someone on site help me with storage?

The self-storage business model does not provide for such assistance. However, you are welcome to use our platform trucks, pallet trucks and sack trucks free of charge. We will be happy to provide you with the contact details of a removal company we trust.

What is the notice period?

After the minimum rental period of 14 days, the contract can be terminated with a notice period of one working day.

Who has access?

Only the tenant or persons authorized by him.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent and deposit on conclusion of contract:

Subsequent calculations:

  • cash

  • SEPA direct debit

When can I access my box?

Around the clock, 7 days a week with your personal access code.

How do I lock my box?

A special lock is included in the box rental. We will provide you with this.

What am I not allowed to store?

  • Things that can cause environmental damage or other hazards.
  • Flammable or explosive, radiating, self-igniting, toxic, corrosive substances.
  • Malodorous substances.
  • Drugs and narcotics.
  • Waste materials and hazardous waste.
  • Perishable goods such as food that can rot and attract vermin.
  • Living beings, regardless of species and genus.
  • Valuables such as cash, high-value jewelry such as jewels or other valuables such as furs, etc.

What do I need when signing a contract?

  • Identity document.
